Pat Leach has been described as a perfectionist who will not settle for less than great. Pat's partner, Frank Yellico, identifies him as a man with "a good eye for land, and a great sense of architecture and design -he knows how to choose floor plans that work." Pat is innovative, demands quality in his product, is consistently aware of safety in the building process and promotes ideas that ensure homeowner satisfaction.

As a board member of the Pueblo Association of Home Builders and the Colorado Association of Home Builders since 1998, his volunteerism on behalf of the industry is unparalleled. Yellico-Leach was honored with the 2004 Built Green Energy Excellence Award for its Parade Home in Pueblo - with an outstanding high rating of 87 points, qualifying for the EPA nationally recognized Energy Star program.
